Month & Week View
The Month View shows tasks for the entire month. You can set the first day of the week to be either Sunday or Monday, by going to the Gear in the top right > Settings > General. Then change the regional settings.
Week View shows visits for the week. Anytime/all day tasks are shown at the top, while tasks with scheduled times are shown at their scheduled time.
If a task is not assigned, it will show with a red 'no employee' assigned icon.
The week and month view can both display Calendar Colors, which you can use to differentiate visits assigned to certain employees, or with certain words in the title.
Create a new basic task, event, or job
To create a new basic task, job or event, click on an empty space on the day you want to schedule it. A menu will pop up and you can select the type of item you want to make.
View details or edit a task
To view details or edit a task, click on it in the month or week view.
Click 'Edit' to change the visit's date, times, assignment, title, details and line items. You can also delete the task here.
Unscheduled tasks are shown at the top of the week and month view. You can drag them to a date to schedule them.
To change the date of a visit, click and drag the visit to the new date in either the month or week view. In the week view you can also change the time of the visit by dragging and dropping, and extend or shorten the visit time by dragging the edge of the visit.
