Assigning Multiple Visits to Employees

You can use the calendar Map view to assign multiple visits to employees.

Assign a Single Visit

On the map, you can hovering over a map pin to highlight the job in the task list. Click on it to bring up a dialogue box. If it is unassigned, it will show in red on the dialogue box.

Clicking Assign will bring up the edit visit dialog box. On the right side is where you can assign an Employee to the visit.

You can assign multiple Employees to a visit by checking the checkbox next to their name. You can then update the visit to save.

Assign Multiple Visits

To assign multiple visits to a single employee, click on their name at the top of the map view and it will turn red. You can then click on the visits in either the task list on the left, or the map, to assign them to this employee.

Once you are finished selecting visits, click Save at the top right to assign them all.

Once you save the visit selection, the map view will show the route for the employee. You can use Daily Route Optimization to optimize the route for each employee.

Routing on the map only works for unscheduled visits. If a visit has a set time, it will not be part of the route.
