This promotional incentive offer (the “Promotion”) is available until June 21, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. MT. This Promotion is available to a limited number of active Jobber subscribers (“Service Providers”) selected by Jobber, as further described in these terms.
To be eligible for this Promotion, the Service Providers must have subscribed to a Lite, Core, Connect or Grow plan and enabled Jobber Payments on or before May 1, 2023 at 12:00 a.m. MT, and process at least one transaction through Jobber Payments between May 22, 2023 at 12:00 a.m. MT and June 21, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. MT (the “Promotion Period”). Service Providers who meet the criteria set out herein may be eligible to receive an incentive, in the form of a credit on their account (the “Incentive”). The Incentive amount will be calculated based on a 0.30% reduction of the Service Provider’s Jobber Payments rate as of May 22, 2023 at 12:00 a.m. MT, up to a maximum of $5,000 for their online card processing fees for card transactions during the Promotion Period. Bank transfers (ACH) and transactions processed via a Jobber card reader shall not be eligible for the Promotion and shall not be included in the calculation of the Incentive. The credit will appear in the Service Provider’s bank account connected to Jobber Payments within 30 days from the end of the Promotion Period.
Eligible Service Providers must: (i) be on an active Lite, Core, Connect or Grow subscription during the Promotion Period; (ii) be incorporated or registered for tax purposes and operate their business within the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec); (iii) have received an email from Jobber inviting you to participate in the Promotion; (iv) have enabled Jobber Payments by May 1, 2023 at 12:00 a.m. MT; (v) process at least one transaction through Jobber Payments during the Promotion Period (excluding refund transactions); and (vi) not disable Jobber Payments or cancel their Jobber subscription before the end of the Promotion Period.
Offer valid for a limited time only. By participating in this Promotion, Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for any state/provincial or federal taxes associated with the Promotion.
If the Service Provider adds or removes services, its service fee will be adjusted accordingly. Jobber reserves the right to refuse to provide any incentives associated with the Promotion in the event that we believe a Service Provider has not acted in good faith.
Unless otherwise stated, all dollar amounts referred to are in the account holder’s local currency.
Jobber reserves the right to offer separate promotions during the Promotion Period to Service Providers it deems eligible for such promotions in its sole and absolute discretion. Such other promotions may be similar to the Promotion, but may provide for different refund amounts, impose different eligibility criteria, or otherwise be more or less favorable than the terms of this Promotion.
