Resetting Your Jobber App
The steps below are to help troubleshoot performance issues in the Jobber app, this link is to be used on a mobile device running the Jobber App.
This can be used for:
- Stuck on the same screen in app
- Non-responsive buttons
- General performance anomalies
1. The first thing to check is the internet connection on your device. Jobber is a cloud based software and requires a good internet connection.
2. If you have a good internet connection and you are still experiencing issue, you can try using the Jobber App Reset Link.
