Beta - Customizable Work Requests
Our work requests are more powerful and flexible when you are able to customize them! With our Customizable Work Requests Beta, you will be able to collect all of the important information you need from your clients right off the bat so you can be more prepared when you talk to the potential client.
How do I set it up?
Once you are on the beta, you will notice that you will be able to add new details to your work request in the Work Request section of the Settings. You will be able to add checkboxes, drop downs, and text inputs. This means that you can add inputs for anything from "number of bedrooms" to "size of yard" to "special instructions".

What will my clients see?
When new business comes your way through work requests, your clients can fill out additional information, and this will reduce much of the back and forth that occurs when you are trying to quickly win the job!
All of the information that your clients have filled out will be in the work request when you see it in Jobber, and you will also be able to fill out any of the fields yourself if you are creating requests internally.
