As part of regular maintenance with our Authorize.net integration, you will be required to enter your 'public client key' from Authorize.net into your Jobber settings. This update will not have any noticeable difference to you or your customers but will keep the integration running smoothly. This change ensures that we’re using the latest and greatest integration from Authorize.net behind the scenes.
1. Log into your Authorize.net account.
2. Navigate to Account > Settings > Security Settings > General Security Settings > Manage Public Client Key. If the public client key does not yet exist, you will need to create a public client key by answering your security question.
3. Copy and paste the public client key into Jobber. Go to the Gear Icon > Settings > Payment Integrations.
4. Click Update Settings.
