How it works:
GPS Waypoints work by dropping a pin on the waypoints map of where an employee was when they changed information in the Jobber App.
Actions* that trigger a GPS waypoint are:
- Clocking in/out of the general timer
- Starting/stopping a timer on a visit
- Making a note (Quote, Invoice, and Requests)
- Marking a visit complete
- Marking an on-site assessment complete
- Marking a basic task complete
To change the date of the Waypoints report, click the date in the top right of the report.
*If a user does not have access to perform these functions, they will not create a GPS waypoint.
To get to GPS Waypoints go to Management > Waypoints
Sometimes GPS waypoints will not track due to inaccuracy of data, and loss of connectivity.
