Track where your team is while out in the field using GPS waypoints.

You will need to be on the Connect or Unlimited plans to use GPS Reminders.

To get to GPS waypoints go to Management > Waypoints

GPS waypoints work by dropping a pin on the waypoints map of where an employee was when they changed information in the Jobber App.

Actions* that trigger a GPS waypoint are:

  • Starting a timer
  • Stopping a timer
  • Making a note
  • Marking a visit complete

To change the date of the Waypoints report, click the date in the top right of the report.

*If a user does not have access to perform these functions, they will not create a GPS waypoint.

Location services

GPS waypoints require that location services are turned on within the user's phone.

Note:

Sometimes GPS waypoints will not track due to inaccuracy of data, and loss of connectivity.
