Overview: Jobber's referral program
Jobber's referral program lets you give a free month of Jobber to help out other small businesses
When you refer someone to Jobber, they’ll receive a free month and VIP treatment—because they came through you. You’ll be helping a fellow entrepreneur succeed, and as a thank-you, you’ll get three months of Jobber subscription credit added to your account.

What you get from referrals
Account owners*
If you are the account owner referring a friend to Jobber, you will receive a credit equal in value to three (3) months of your Jobber subscription. The person you referred receives a credit equal in value to one (1) month of their Jobber subscription when they purchase through Jobber.com. All rewards will be credited after the referred user makes their first successful payment towards their subscription.
Accounts on a monthly plan will receive a credit equal in value to three (3) months of their Jobber subscription on their next billing cycle. Accounts on an annual plan receive a credit equal in value to 3/12th of their Jobber subscription towards their next annual bill.
The Credit amount will be calculated based on the most recent payment made by the Referrer or Referee. For clarity, a Referrer or Referee who has subscribed to the Services on a monthly plan will receive the Credit on their next invoice based on their previous month's invoice amount, and annual subscribers will receive the Credit on their next invoice based on their previous year’s invoice amount. If a Referrer or Referee changes the subscription plan level for the Services, their Credit value will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the new plan's pricing. For example, if a Referrer or Referee, is on a Connect plan during the first eligible Credit month and upgrades to a Grow plan in the second month, they will be given a Credit equal to one month of Connect fees and one month of Grow fees. Credits will be issued net of any active promotions, taxes, add-ons, additional users, or other credit applied to the Referrer's or Referee's account, based on the actual amount paid. For example, if a Referee received a 30% promotional rate on their last payment for their subscription, a credit issued under the referral reward will cover the remaining 70% of the Referrer's plan subscription (exclusive of taxes, add-ons, additional users).
*Account owners that purchase their Jobber subscription directly through the Jobber iOS app or Android app, will be rewarded with a $100 USD Mastercard gift card instead of three (3) free months, when referring. Gift cards are issued 30 days after the referred account’s first successful payment. If the referred account pays their Jobber subscription through jobber.com they will get a credit equal in value to one (1) month of their Jobber subscription after their first successful payment towards their subscription.
Admins and employees
If you are not the account owner and you refer a friend to Jobber, you will be rewarded with a $100 USD Mastercard gift card for each successfully referred account and the referred account will get one (1) month free. Gift cards will be issued 30 days after their first successful payment towards their subscription.
How to refer another company to Jobber
To refer another company to Jobber (thank you, by the way!):
- From Jobber.com, click the Gear Icon then select Refer a Friend.
- This will take you to the Referral Program page. From this referral program page, there are a few ways to refer others:
- Share your code: When you share the code, your referees can enter it into their Jobber account to indicate that they were referred by you and claim their reward.
- Copy the URL: This URL opens an account signup page. When you share this link and your friend signs up, their account is automatically labeled as being referred by you. You can copy this link and paste it into a text or email.
- Social icons: Click the social icons to automatically share your referral link as well as some verbiage about what Jobber is and how your referee will get white-glove treatment from our team for being your referral.
Apply a referral code
If you've been referred to Jobber with a referral code, you can apply it by clicking the Gear icon then selecting Account and Billing. On the bottom left, under Referral Code, enter the referral code and click Submit Code.
Referrals in the app
You can refer a friend from the Jobber app as an easy way to invite them to try Jobber out. From the app select More from the bottom menu then select Refer a friend. There are many ways to share your referral code with your connections including email, SMS, Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter. Just tap the button for the method to share your code in that way.
Before the code is shared, you will see a preview of the message. Here's an example of a referral code shared via SMS.
The person you invite will just need to tap the link in your text and they can sign up using your referral code.
Monitor your Jobber referrals
Account owners can monitor the status of the account's Jobber referrals at the bottom of the referral page.
Eligibility
You can apply a referral code during sign-up, trial, or up until day 90 of your paying subscription through the Account and Billing page on Jobber.com or through the Refer a Friend tab on the Jobber mobile app.
Referred accounts must be new users. Credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is awarded at the sole discretion of Jobber. Currency values are in USD.

Referrals Holiday Leaderboard Contest Terms
OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF QUEBEC) WHO ARE OVER THE AGE OF 18 AT THE DATE OF ENTRY. BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU SATISFY ALL OF THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS BELOW AND YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE READ AND TO AGREE TO BE BOUND UNCONDITIONALLY BY THESE RULES (THE “RULES”). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS IS A SKILL-BASED CONTEST. WINNING DEPENDS ON PERFORMANCE, NOT CHANCE.
- Sponsor: The sponsor of this Referrals Holiday Leaderboard Contest (the “Contest”) is Octopusapp Inc. (d/b/a Jobber) (the “Sponsor”).
- Eligibility: The Contest is only open to those who: (a) are account owners or admin users of active Jobber accounts; or (b) sign up for Jobber trial accounts or have active Jobber trial accounts during the Entry Period (“Entry Eligiblity”). The Contest is open to residents of the United States and Canada (with the exception of Quebec) who are over the age of 18 and are void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, suppliers, their immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state/provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
- Agreement to Rules: By entering the Contest, the participant (“You” or “Entrant”) agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments, or issues related to the Contest.
- Entry Period: The Contest begins on December 1, 2025 at 12:01 AM MT and ends on January 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM MT (the “Entry Period”). Anyone who fulfills the Entry Eligibility during the Entry Period will automatically be entered into the Contest. Any Referred Trials (as defined below) submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
- How to Enter: To enter the Contest, within the Entry Period, You must: (a) refer a service provider using Your unique referral link provided by the Sponsor via the “Refer a Friend” page in your Jobber account; and (b) the referred service provider must sign up for a Jobber trial (each, a “Referred Trial”). The entry must fulfill all requirements of the Contest, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the Rules or specifications of the Contest may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the Rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Rules of the Contest, Your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Category Leaderboards:

Each Entrant will participate in and be ranked on a separate leaderboard in one of the following categories:
- Cleaning; which will include, but not be limited to, Entrants who are in the following businesses: bin cleaning, commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, carpet cleaning, chimney services, junk removal, pressure washing service and window washing
- Green; which will include, but not be limited to, Entrants who are in the following businesses: lawn care, lawn maintenance, arborists, tree care and landscaping contractors
- HVAC, Plumbing and Roofing; which will include, but not be limited to, Entrants who are in the following businesses: HVAC, plumbing, roofing services
- Electrical, Painting, Handyman and Construction; which will include, but not be limited to, Entrants who are in the following businesses: Electrical contractors, painting, flooring service, handyman, contracting and construction

Other; which will include, but not be limited to, Entrants whose business’ industry or category is not listed above such as appliance repair, pool and spa services or snow removal
(each category, a “Category” and each leaderboard, a “Category Leaderboard”).

Each Entrant will participate in and be ranked on a separate leaderboard in one of the following categories:
- The Category assigned to an Entrant will be based on the industry the Entrant selects or selected when signing up for their Jobber account.
- Rankings within each Category Leaderboard will be determined by the number of Referred Trials generated by each Entrant in such Category Leaderboard during the Entry Period. The more Referred Trials the Entrant generates, the higher their position will be in the Category Leaderboard. The following information about the top five (5) Entrants with the highest number of Referred Trials per Category Leaderboard will be displayed on the Public Landing Page (defined below): (i) their first name and company, or an alias of their choice; and (ii) the number of Referred Trials.
- The Category Leaderboards will be visible on a dedicated public landing page located at https://getjobber.com/referrals-holiday-contest (the “Public Landing Page”) and updated weekly during the Entry Period, starting on January 12, 2026, for informational purposes only. Entrants’ rankings on the Category Leaderboard are unofficial and may not be the actual winners. All Referred Trials are subject to final verification and validation by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, at the conclusion of the Entry Period to confirm eligibility and detect any fraudulent, duplicative, or otherwise invalid activity in accordance with these Rules (“Validated Referred Trials”). Only Validated Referred Trials will count toward an Entrant’s final total and ranking at the end of the Entry Period.

The winner(s) of the Contest (the “Winner”) will receive the prize(s) set out here:
- Five (5) $1,000 USD digital gift cards, one (1) for each Entrant who receives the highest number of Validated Referred Trials in their respective Category Leaderboard.
- Five (5) $500 USD digital gift cards, one (1) for each Entrant who receives the second highest number of Validated Referred Trials in their respective Category Leaderboard.
- Sponsor reserves the right to add prizes and/or open the Contest to more than one Winner. All Winners assume any and all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by entering, participating in these Contest or the use or redemption of a prize. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and have no cash value. Prizes or any portion of a prize cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or special offers. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternate prize of equal or greater value.

The winner(s) of the Contest (the “Winner”) will receive the prize(s) set out here:
- Value. Actual or appraised value of prizes may differ at time of prize award. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer or assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state/provincial, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of Entrants and their skills-based referral activity resulting in the number of Validated Referred Trials.
- Skill-testing Question. If a selected Entrant is Canadian, they will be required, as a condition of winning a prize, to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, the Sponsor’s time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question to be administered through the Release (as defined below).

Winner Confirmation and Notification:
- The Winner will be confirmed by the Sponsor on February 10, 2026. The Winner must be recorded through SaaSquatch’s tracking functionality as having achieved Referred Trials, and such Referred Trials must be confirmed by Sponsor as Validated Referred Trials in accordance with the Rules. In the event of a tie in the number of Valid Referred Trials in a Category, the Entrant who first achieved the tied total according to Sponsor’s system timestamp will be declared the Winner of the Category. No element of chance will be used to determine a Winner. Sponsor’s determinations are final and binding.
- The Winner will be notified within seven (7) days of the winner selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt of any prize offered in this Sweepstake is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state/provincial, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by the Winner at the Sponsor’s sole discretion will result in the Winner’s disqualification as winner, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.
- Release: Before being declared the Winner, the selected Entrant will be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and release form (the “Release”), indicating that the selected Entrant: (a) has complied and agrees to comply with these Rules; (b) accepts the prize as offered; (c) will keep their winning notification confidential until notified by Sponsor; (d) releases Sponsor, its agents, employees, contractors, and any other parties to be added to the Release in Sponsor’s sole discretion (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability arising from their participation in the Contest or their acceptance, use, misuse, or awarding of the prize; (e) indemnifies the Released Parties from any and all losses that Sponsor may incur arising out of any act or omission by the Entrant in connection with the Contest or the prize; and (f) except where prohibited by law, acknowledges Sponsor’s and its authorized representatives’ right to publish and/or broadcast the Winner’s name and/or statements without further compensation other than the prize offered. The wording of the Release will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor may also add such other terms and conditions to the Release as Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may deem necessary. The selected Entrant must return the Release by the date indicated on the document. If the Release is not returned on time or is returned as non-deliverable, or if the selected Entrant is Canadian and fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly or is disqualified for any other reason, the prize will be forfeited and another Entrant will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries until the prize is successfully awarded.
- Rights Granted by the Entrant: By entering these Contest, You understand and agree that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, Your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Event, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Use of Data:
- Sponsor will be collecting personal data about Entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy found at https://getjobber.com/privacy-policy.
- Entrants acknowledge and agree that the Category Leaderboards rankings may be publicly viewable on the Public Landing Page and consent to the display of: (i) their first name and company name, or an alias of their choice; and (ii) the number of Entrant’s Referred Trials. Sponsor may anonymize or abbreviate names.
- Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Rules at any time, to add, remove or substitute prizes and cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest in whole or in part including in the event that a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. In such cases, the Sponsor may select a Winner(s) from eligible entries received before or after the action taken by the Sponsor if appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website or violates these Rules. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Contest rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Limitation of Liability: By entering the Contest You agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) Your participation in the Contest and/or Your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Contest; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or internet service; (vi) printing errors; or (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.
- Disclaimers: The prizes are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without any warranties, either express, implied, or statutory. Without limiting the foregoing, the Sponsor does not warrant or guarantee the quality, licensing, or suitability of the prizes.
- Disputes: The Contest is governed by the laws of Canada, without respect to conflict of law doctrines, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than those of Canada to apply. By participating in these Contest, You agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Event shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Canada having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and You hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Contest). You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
- Winners List: To request a copy of the Winner(s) list please contact the Sponsor. Requests must be sent within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.
- No Endorsement. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, or any other social networks that are used to share the Contest. You understand that You are providing Your information to the owner of the Contest and not to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, or any other social networks.
- Intellectual Property. All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source codes, images, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned by the Sponsor. All rights reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any of the Sponsor’s intellectual property without the express written consent of the Sponsor is strictly prohibited.
- Force Majeure. In the event of a strike, lockout, labour dispute, work stoppage, postal disruption, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, the Sponsor shall not be responsible for any delays, interruptions, or failures in the administration of the Sweepstakes.
- Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the Contest, You confirm that you have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Rules, and terms and conditions.
