2. Select which items in Jobber to sync to Gusto:
- Timesheet hours and reimbursable expenses - With this option, approved timesheet hours and reimbursable expenses will automatically sync to Gusto.

Note: Approved timesheet hours and reimbursable expenses in Jobber (including edits) will automatically sync to Gusto and overwrite any existing payroll hours in Gusto. Learn more.
3. Select which team members to sync to Gusto from Jobber.
Your Jobber team members will be listed in the Jobber team members column. Select the matching team member from the Gusto team members dropdown to map that team member in Jobber to the same person in Gusto.
The integration only supports the syncing of timesheet hours for hourly employee types in Gusto. Salary, contractor, or commission employee types are not supported. If you have any of these employees in your Jobber account, you will need to select “Don’t sync data to Gusto” from the dropdown for those employees in order to proceed.
Team members can be added in Jobber from the Gear Icon > Manage Team. Learn how to add an employee in Gusto. If a user in Jobber does not have a match in Gusto, it will be indicated with an exclamation point icon.
If you have recently added a team member and don't see them listed, click Refresh list.
4. Set up the overtime rules that apply to your business.
Start by selecting the start of your workweek from the dropdown.

How timesheets sync from Jobber to Gusto
Timesheets will sync to Gusto when they are approved in Jobber. The integration will only ever sync data from Jobber into an unprocessed payroll in Gusto. This means that if you have been using Gusto for a while and are now connecting Jobber to it, old timesheet data from Jobber won't touch your processed payrolls from the past.
Approved timesheet hours and reimbursable expenses in Jobber (including edits) will automatically sync to Gusto and overwrite any existing data in Gusto. This means if a user were to manually adjust the regular/overtime hours for an employee in Gusto, and then later timesheet entries in Jobber are approved, the new Jobber totals for the pay period would overwrite the hours manually entered in Gusto.
Jobber should be treated as the source of truth for payroll timesheet hours.
To approve timesheets navigate to Timesheets from the side navigation, then select Approve Time Sheets.
Here you will see time entries that have not yet been approved. To select which time entries to approve, drag the slider to approve timesheets up until a certain date. To select which team members you are approving time entries for, check the box next to their name.
Click Approve to approve your timesheet selections.
