Overview
The recurring jobs report lists your recurring jobs along with important details about them. An updated version of the recurring jobs report is available with new columns to better surface the information you need to know about your recurring jobs.
To view the recurring jobs report, navigate to jobber.com and select Reports from the side navigation. Under Work Reports, select Recurring jobs report.
The recurring jobs report is accessible by admin users or users with these permissions:
- view all jobs
- view report permissions
- show pricing permission
Reports are available on select plans. View our current pricing plans.
To check what plan you're on, navigate to the Gear Icon > Account and Billing. If you have any questions about your plan's features or pricing, our support team is here to help!
Filters
The recurring jobs report has two filter options:
- Client: filter by individual clients
- Billing type: filter by if the jobs are invoiced per visit or at a fixed price
- Active: filter if the jobs in the report are active or closed
- Started date: filter by when the recurring job was started
Columns
Columns in the recurring jobs report can be customized by selecting the Columns button, then selecting the columns for the report from the columns list.
The options for columns that can be added to the report are:
- Job #
- Job title
- Client name
- Client email
- Client phone number
- Service street
- Service city
- Service state/province
- Service zip/postal code
- Billing street
- Billing state/province
- Billing city
- Billing zip/postal code
- Billing type: This is per visit or fixed price billing
- Automatic invoicing: Enabled or disabled
- Visits assigned to
- Line items
- Total ($)
- Completed visits
- Number of invoices
- Schedule start date
- Schedule end date
- Custom fields: If a job is created before a custom field has been created, and the new custom field has a default value, this default value will not populate on the job record on the report.
Note: Job costing data is not available in the recurring jobs report.
Export to CSV
To receive a spreadsheet version of the recurring jobs report, click Export to CSV then select if you'd like to export the report with all columns or just the selected ones. The report will then be sent to the same email address that you use when you log into Jobber. Exporting to CSV is a good option if you need to work with the data in the report, print the report, or share it with someone who is not a user in your Jobber account.
