Overview
Instant payouts gives you the flexibility to speed up your cash flow by transferring pending funds directly to a linked debit card.
Instant payouts are available on select plans. View our current pricing plans.
Note: The Lite plan does not include instant payouts.
To check what plan you're on, navigate to the Gear Icon > Account and Billing. If you have any questions about your plan's features or pricing, our Support Team is here to help!
Cards that are supported for instant payouts need to be Visa FastFunds or Mastercard Send compatible debit cards. In the US, if your card says "Visa Debit" and it's issued by a major bank then you likely have a card that will work for instant payouts. In Canada, it varies a bit more depending on the bank. You will need to be using a Visa debit or a MasterCard debit, rather than Interac.
If your card is not compatible you will get an error message when trying to setup your debit card for instant payouts.
Note: Only account owners will be able to add and edit their linked debit card. If you need to remove a debit card after linking one, reach out to our Support Team and we'll help you get the card removed.

There are thousands of banks and credit unions that offer debit cards that can set up with instant payouts. Below, we've listed some of the major banks but for the full list of banks and credit unions in the United States that support instant payouts, please visit Stripe's full list
The following banks in the United States support instant payouts for all their cards:
- Chase Bank USA
- Wells Fargo Bank National Association
- PNC Bank
- Bancorp
- Capital One
The following banks in the United States support instant payouts for some of their cards
- JPMorgan Chase Bank
- Bank of America
- TD Bank National Association
Banks in Canada
Note: Canadian debit cards that use the Interac network are not supported with instant payouts since instant payouts are run through the Visa and MasterCard debit networks.
The following banks support instant payouts for some of their cards:
- CIBC
- TD Bank
- Bank of Nova Scotia
- Royal Bank of Canada (PLUS network cards)
Tip: To find out if your bank offers a compatible card, try inquiring whether they offer a Visa debit card or a PLUS debit card.
