On WordPress.com, you’ll need a Business or Commerce plan to install plugins. If you’re using a self-hosted WordPress site (WordPress.org) or another WordPress hosting provider (such as WP Engine, Elementor, Bluehost, Kinsta, SiteGround, etc.), you can install the plugin as long as your plan supports plugins. How to install the Jobber plugin in WordPress
Before you start
Make sure you have:
- An active WordPress site where you are the admin.
- An active Jobber account.
To install the Jobber plugin in WordPress, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your WordPress account. Log in at wordpress.com or directly into your site's admin dashboard.
- Open the WordPress Admin Dashboard. Once logged in, you’ll land on the WordPress dashboard. If you're on WordPress.com, click My Site in the top left corner, then scroll down and select WP Admin to access the full dashboard.

Go to the Plugins section. In the left-hand menu, click Plugins, then choose Add New.
- Option A: Install from the plugin directory. In the Add Plugins screen, use the search bar in the top right to search for “Jobber.” When you find the Jobber plugin, click Install Now. After installation, click Activate.

Option B: Upload the plugin manually
- If you’ve downloaded the plugin as a .zip file, click Upload Plugin at the top of the Add Plugins screen.

Click Choose File, select the .zip file from your computer, then click Install Now.

Once the upload is complete, click Activate Plugin.

Connect Jobber to Wordpress.
- From the plugins page, select Connect Now from the Jobber banner at the top of the page. Alternatively, locate the Jobber plugin from the plugins list and select Settings, then select Connect.
- Log in using your Jobber credentials.
- Add the form to your website. Insert the Jobber block into any page or post.
- Navigate to your Block settings to select the form you want to embed: Request or Booking.

Disconnect Jobber from WordPress
To disconnect your Jobber account from WordPress, follow these steps:

Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Select Plugins from the side navigation, then select Installed Plugins.
- Locate your Jobber plugin and select Settings.
- Click the Disconnect button. This will immediately disconnect your Jobber account from the plugin.
Note: Once you disconnect your Jobber account, all embedded Jobber forms will be immediately removed from your website. If you change your mind, you can reconnect your account at any time and re-embed the forms as needed.
