The invoices report is where you'll find an itemized list of all your invoices, including a link to view the invoice as well as details like the client's name, billing address, who the visits on this invoice were assigned to, invoice balance, and total.
To view the invoices report, navigate to Jobber.com and select Reports from the side navigation. Under Financial Reports, select Invoice Report.
The invoices report is available to admin users or users with these permissions:
- view full client and property info
- view invoices
- show invoices on their Jobber menu
- report permissions
- show pricing permission
Beyond the invoice and payment reports, you can find these other financial reports:
Visualizations on the invoices report
At the top of the invoices report are visualizations that show the dollar value of the invoices you've issued and and the invoices that have been paid. The date range of the visualization is responsive to the date range of the invoices report.
To see details about each week of invoice data, hover over the bars on the chat to see a breakdown by week. The payment date is equalized to the issued date so that you can determine if there are invoices that have not been fully paid.
