Overview
The Week view gives you a broad look at your team’s schedule for the entire week. It helps you plan ahead, understand overall capacity, and spot gaps or conflicts before they impact your work. The layout shows each team member or route in its own row, so you can quickly compare workloads across the week.
This view is displayed in a grid format, where each column represents a day of the week, and scheduled appointments appear as color-coded blocks within each day.
Service providers use the Week view when they need to:
See how visits are distributed across the week
Plan staffing and assignments for busy or quiet days
Balance workloads across the team to avoid overbooking
Identify opportunities to move or consolidate work
Review upcoming jobs and prepare for equipment or travel needs
The Week view is ideal for forward planning and helps you stay ahead of scheduling adjustments.
