Jobber Payments

Jobber Payments Transfer Window

How are your first transactions processed?

After signing up with Jobber Payments, you'll be able to start taking payments!

Your first transaction will have to go through an authorization period. The initial transfer window takes a rolling 5 business days to transfer your money. This means that your first transaction will involve a delay before it is deposited into your account, and until that first transaction is authorized any other transactions you process within that period will also experience a 5 day delay.

Note: The authorization period begins after your first payment has gone through, not at sign up date.

The transaction goes through on our end in 5 business days, but banks can take 1-2 additional business days to post funds past this point, meaning payments can take 7 days.

What happens once you've been authorized?

Once the authorization period has ended, payments will be deposited within 2 business days from the date of payment.

Here is a diagram showing how the transactions would be deposited.

  • Green: Your first payment/5 rolling business day authorization period
  • Orange: Your payments after the 5 rolling business day authorization period
