How to Get Help

Our Success Team is here to help! If you need any assistance, please feel free to reach out. 

Via Phone

You can give our Success Team a call at 1-888-721-1115, ext. 2. We will be happy to walk you through anything you need over the phone. We are available from Monday to Thursday from 6:15 am MDT- 5:00 pm MDT and on Fridays from 6:15 am MDT- 4:00 pm MDT.

Via Live Chat

You can start a live chat with our Success Team by clicking the speech bubble icons in the top right of your Jobber screen.


This will open a chat window in the bottom right of your page where you can get live support. You will get connected with a real person right away who can answer any questions you might have! 


We are available to chat from Monday to Friday from 8:15 am MDT- 5:00 pm MDT. But rest assured! If you start a chat with us outside of these hours we will reply back to you with an email to answer your questions.

You can also start a live chat with us via the app! To do this, click the Gear Icon in the top left of the Jobber App. It will open a screen with an option in the bottom left for "Need Help?". Clicking this will start a live chat with our Success Team.
