Jobber AI works alongside you–answering questions, completing tasks, and making everyday work easier and more efficient. Built into both Jobber.com and the Jobber mobile app, Jobber AI is your most trusted employee–always ready to act when you need it. At the same time, it's the intelligence under the hood, powering automations, AI rewrite, Receptionist and more–so you can count on Jobber AI to support you up front and behind the scenes. 

Whether you’re looking for quick insights, need to complete tasks hands-free, or want advice tailored to your business, Jobber AI is ready to help. You can:

• Use Voice in the Jobber mobile app to complete tasks in Jobber hands-free, such as creating quotes, sending invoices, checking schedules, and capturing details while you’re in the field.
• Chat in both Jobber.com and the Jobber mobile app to ask Jobber AI questions, get advice, and generate content like emails or marketing strategies.

Jobber AI can assist you with:

• Business coaching: Get on-demand strategy suggestions completely customized to your business and actionable advice for any challenge that comes your way.
• Data analysis: With instant access to your business data, get helpful suggestions so that you can take advantage of opportunities and inefficiencies you may have missed. Jobber AI can answer data related questions about your:
  • clients
  • quotes
  • jobs
  • invoices
  • employees
• Marketing content: Jobber AI can create high-quality written content and marketing strategies that are tailored to your business. Because this feature produces written content, it's only available in chat, not Voice.
• Jobber product support: Jobber AI can provide product support to help you get the most out of Jobber. 

When Jobber uses data from an account, it's done in accordance with Jobber's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Conversations with Jobber AI may be logged for analysis, improvement, and security purposes.

Use Jobber AI on Jobber.com

To get started, select the sparkle icon from the top navigation to open Jobber AI.

Next type in your question. There are some suggested topics to ask Jobber AI, however you can ask virtually any question about your business and get an answer based on the data in your account and industry best practices, such as through, Jobber Academy.

At the end of every answer, you’ll see a thumbs up and thumbs down option. If the answer was helpful, select the thumbs up. If it missed the mark, select the thumbs down. You can then add written feedback in the text box to explain your rating.

Your input on the answer will be shared with Jobber's product team so that the answers provided can be fine-tuned. Your input helps out other business owners like yourself! 

Jobber AI on list pages

In addition to chatting with Jobber AI, it may also surface insights about your business on list pages. This may include analysis about how your business is performing as well as a suggestion on what you could do to improve.

Use Jobber AI in the Jobber App

In the Jobber mobile app, you can interact with Jobber AI in the way that works best for you—either by typing in chat or by speaking out loud with Voice. Both options give you quick access to insights, answers, and actions, so you can stay productive whether you’re at a job site, on the move, or catching up between visits.

How to use Voice with Jobber AI

Using Voice in Jobber is quick and easy. All you need is the Jobber mobile app.

To get started with Voice:

1. Open the Jobber mobile app on your device.
2. Tap the sparkle icon to open Jobber AI.
3. Ask Jobber AI out loud for what you need. 

You can ask Jobber AI to "end the conversation" if needed. 

Note: Tapping the microphone icon tells Jobber AI to stop listening for voice input, but it does not mute Jobber AI or turn off its responses.

How to chat with Jobber AI

If you prefer working with Jobber AI as a chat conversation, follow these steps:

1. Open the Jobber mobile app on your device.
2. Tap the sparkle icon to open Jobber AI.
3. Select the Tap to Chat text.
4. Type in your question to begin the chat.

To switch from a chat conversation to a Voice conversation, select the Voice icon.
