The Core plan supports one user and an unlimited number of quotes, jobs, and invoices. Whether you're running a side gig or expanding your new business, the Core plan is a good fit for solopreneurs with a growing amount of work.

Gain new business and manage your leads

Requests & Online Booking– Let your clients or new leads request work through your website or client hub, or book directly into your calendar with online booking. Requests are online forms hosted by Jobber that allow your clients to request work to be done and then from your Jobber account you can decide what's next. These forms can be put on your website, social media pages, or clients can use the form by logging into client hub.

Lead Management— Track your leads and manage client details whether you’re at the office or out in the field. Lead management functionality allows you to track important customer details as they progress from a lead to a client.

Organize your operations

Quotes– Create professional quotes customized with your company branding. The Core plan offers an unlimited number of quotes, so you can provide each client a quote that's unique to their needs.

Jobs– Create an unlimited number of jobs to build your schedule. Every appointment is tracked in the Jobber calendar, making it easy to communicate to your clients and crew.

Invoices– Invoicing can be time consuming, but Jobber is here to help. With one click, create professional invoices with details directly from the job that your clients can easily pay online. The Core plan offers an unlimited number of invoices. 

Get paid faster

Jobber Payments– Get paid on average 4x faster than checks when your clients pay with debit or credit. No more waiting for checks in the mail! Jobber Payments is our fully integrated payment processing platform that gives your clients an online payment option. Jobber Payments enables you to store client card information, collect tips, and process payments and deposits.

Instant Payouts– Instant payouts are available on the Core plan so you can receive funds that would normally take two business days to be deposited into your bank account within minutes. These pending funds can be transferred directly to your debit card within minutes, 24/7 for an additional 1% fee. 

Jobber Payments is available in the UK, US, and Canada.

Meet Graham. He's going to tell you about how he uses Jobber throughout his work day, moving through each step of his workflow. He receives a request, which then becomes a quote, is scheduled into a job, then the job becomes an invoice, and the invoice gets paid. 

Note: Optional line items and on my way text messages are not available on Core. 

Core account workflow

These steps show the flow of work using the features available on a Core subscription. 

Step 1: Request— Requests are the first optional step in the Jobber workflow. They can be created either internally or submitted by your clients online. Requests can be converted to a quote or job depending on what your next steps are. 

Step 2: Quote— Let your clients know what services and costs they're looking at. Create a quote and send it! Quotes can be viewed and approved online.

Step 3: Job— Set up a job with either a recurring or one-off schedule, assign your team, and enter your line items.

Step 4: Invoice— It's time to bill your client for services rendered. Create an invoice, send it off, and wait for that payment to roll in. 

Step 5: Payment— Congrats! You've been paid. Now it's time to record it in Jobber.
