Easy scheduling & tracking
Requests & Online booking– Let your clients or new leads request work through your website or client hub, or book directly from Google search when you connect Jobber to your Local Services Ads. Requests are online forms hosted by Jobber that allow your clients to request work to be done and then from your Jobber account you can decide what's next. These forms can be put on your website, social media pages, or clients can use the form by logging into client hub.
Routing– Efficiently route the day's work, assign incoming jobs to the closest team member on the map, and know their whereabouts as they're on the move.
Live GPS tracking powered by FleetSharp– Track your vehicles in real time and use their location to make scheduling decisions based on location. FleetSharp shows the vehicle's speed, direction, fuel level, mileage, and check engine light on the map view in Jobber.
Lead Management— Track your leads and manage client details whether you’re at the office or out in the field. Lead management functionality allows you to track important customer details as they progress from a lead to a client.

Jobber Payments— Get paid on average 4x faster than checks when your clients pay with debit or credit. No more waiting for checks in the mail!
Jobber Payments is our fully integrated payment processing platform that lets you manage client card information, payments, and deposits in Jobber. Automatic Payments is available on the Connect plan where clients can save a card on file that can be charged automatically according to a schedule.

QuickBooks Online Integration– Our sync works behind the scenes to make sure your accounting needs are covered, while you use Jobber to power your day-to-day operations.
Always-on communications
Automated emails and texts– Keep clients informed before, during and after the work — with less effort. You can customize and automate messages like appointment reminders to make sure you aren't surprising your clients or catching them off guard when you show up!
Automated referrals— Word of mouth has moved online. Jobber makes it easy for your clients to refer their friends over email, text, or social media, as soon as the job is complete. All you have to do is deliver 5-star service that your clients want to spread the word about!
Organize your operations
Custom fields– Every business is different. Track whatever additional information is important to you-like entry codes, pets at the property, or referral name. Custom fields can be added into reports as an additional column.
Activity feed– Keep a pulse on the everyday activities happening in your business and stay on top of who is doing what, when, and where.
Task Automation–Powered by Zapier— Zapier is an online automation tool that can be used to connect two apps that do not have a direct integration. Automate repetitive tasks by setting up triggers in one app to automatically complete actions in another.
Workflow
Your workflow is the step-by-step progression of your work from start to finish. Or mid-point to finish. What your workflow looks like might vary from project-to-project, but requests, quotes, jobs, invoices, and finally payment are the building blocks of your workflow in Jobber. You don't need to have all these steps in your workflow, but they do typically fall in this order:
Step 1: Request— Requests are the first optional step in the Jobber workflow on the Connect plan. They can be created either internally or submitted by your clients online. Requests can be converted to a quote or job depending on what your next steps are.
Step 2: Quote— Let your clients know what services and costs they're looking at. Create a quote and send it! Quotes can be viewed and approved online.
Step 3: Job— Set up a job with either a recurring or one-off schedule, assign your team, and enter your line items.
Step 4: Invoice— It's time to bill your client for services rendered. Create an invoice, send it off, and wait for that payment to roll in.
Step 5: Payment— Congrats! You've been paid. Now it's time to record it in Jobber.
