Overview
We've all heard the saying "a picture is worth a thousand words", and that applies to your quotes too! With line item images on quotes, you can show your clients a preview of the products and services that you are offering them. This can be used to showcase your offerings and to allow your clients to review the images and approve the quote all in one place.

Adding an image to a line item
When creating a new quote, while adding line items there are options to enter the name, description, quantity, and cost. To add a photo to go along with the line item, click the camera icon.
You will be prompted to upload an image from your computer. Supported image files are png, img, jpg, jpeg, gif, or bmp with an image size limit of 100MB. When the image has finished uploading, a thumbnail of the image will be displayed along with a pencil icon, which you can use to upload another photo instead (note: only one photo can be uploaded per line item) or the trash can icon can be used to remove the image from the line item.
What does your client see?
When your client is sent a quote and they click the Review Quote button in the email or the link in their text message, they will be taken to the client hub to view the quote. Here they will see the thumbnail of the image along with the line items. If they click the thumbnail, it will enlarge so they can view more detail. Through client hub they can also request changes or approve the quote. If you are using Jobber Payments, clients can also pay a deposit online.

Note: Line item images do not appear on the PDF version of the quote, only when the quote is viewed online through client hub. Line item images do not appear to your clients when selecting services for online booking. If you have the QuickBooks integration set up, line item images are not included in the products and services sync.
Preview as client
Before sending the quote to your client, you can preview how it will appear to them when they view it in client hub. From the quote in Jobber, click More Actions > Preview as Client.
Converting the quote to a job
Line item images appear on quotes and jobs on jobber.com and the Jobber mobile app. However, any changes to line item images must be made from the quote, as the images on visits and jobs are read-only.
Adding images to your products & services
If you have a line item that is always going to use the same image, you can add it to your products and services list so that the images appears on the line item by default.
To add an image to your products and services, click the Gear Icon > Settings > Products & Services. Here you can edit any existing line items by clicking on their names, or add a new one by clicking +Add Service or +Add Product.
To add an image to this line item, click the camera icon and upload an image from your computer. Once the line item is created, this image will be associated with the line item going forward.
While creating a quote, you can create a custom line item (a line item that does not exist in your products and services list) including an image and save it to your products and services. The line items details such as name, description, unit price, and image will be added to your product and services list. This means that next time you want to use this line item, those details will be the default for that line item.
