Brand Center controls the logo, colors, and writing style Jobber AI uses when it creates your marketing content, so your posts, emails, and review replies sound and look like your business without you rewriting them each time.

Brand Center availability

Brand Center is included with Marketing Suite. Add Marketing Tools to your Jobber Plan Subscription.

To check what plan you’re on, navigate to the Gear Icon, then select Account and Billing. If you have any questions about your plan’s features or pricing, our support team is here to help.

Included with Marketing Suite: Campaigns, Reviews, Referrals, Job Showcase, Social Posting, Marketing Plan. Included on all Jobber plans at no extra cost: Website.

Find Brand Center

From the Marketing Dashboard, select Settings, then select Brand Center.

Update your logo and brand colors

The Logo and color section shows the logo Jobber AI uses in your generated marketing content, along with your main brand color and accent color, each shown with its hex code.

Select Update Logo to upload a new logo. You can also update your main brand color and accent color directly from this section. Jobber applies any change you make here to your brand settings everywhere they appear, including quotes and your client hub.

Preview and choose your writing style

The Writing style section shows a live sample of how Jobber AI writes your marketing content, so you can see the effect of your settings before anything publishes. Select a channel from the dropdown, such as Google, to preview how the sample reads there.

Two controls shape the sample:

  • Emojis: Turns emojis on or off in your generated content. Emojis apply to All channels by default, or select specific channels to scope it to only those (Facebook, Google Profile, Instagram, Website, Email).
  • Brand voice: Choose the overall tone Jobber AI writes in: Straightforward, Premium, or Playful.

In a Straightforward voice, a sample post reads like a plain statement of fact, for example: “Vancouver landscape design and installation. Licensed, insured, and committed to reliable, high-quality outcomes.” Playful and Premium voices write with more personality and typically include emojis when they’re turned on for that channel.

Your brand voice applies across every channel, so the tone stays consistent everywhere. The wording itself still varies by channel, since Jobber AI writes each piece of content to fit that channel’s format.

Save your brand settings

Select Save Changes to apply your brand settings. Your settings apply to all future marketing, and Jobber updates your brand assets everywhere they appear, including quotes and your client hub.

To also update marketing content that’s already been generated but not yet sent, select Update existing Drafts and Suggestions before saving. Jobber never changes content that’s already scheduled to go out.
