Overview
The Average Review insight is part of Jobber Central, a dashboard that helps multi-location businesses track performance across their locations. The Average Review insight combines reviews from each location into a single view so you can quickly understand how customers rate your services overall.
Reviews are an important indicator of customer satisfaction and can influence how new customers discover and choose your services. By tracking your average review score in Jobber Central, you can quickly see how your locations are performing and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
What the average reviews insight shows
To navigate to the Average Reviews insight, select the Dashboard tab on the Jobber Central side navigation.
The Average Review card includes several pieces of information to help you understand your review performance:
- Overall average rating: The large star rating at the top represents the combined average rating across all locations. This is calculated using all reviews collected for the selected time period.
- Rating distribution: The horizontal bars show how reviews are distributed across 1- to 5-star ratings. The percentage next to each bar indicates how many reviews fall into each rating category. For example, you might see that most of your reviews are 4-star or 5-star, while a smaller percentage fall into lower ratings.
- Change over time: The green indicator beside the rating shows how the average rating has changed compared to the previous period.
- Lowest performing location: The section at the bottom highlights the location with the lowest average rating so you can quickly identify where customer satisfaction may be lower.
