You and your team can run your day-to-day operations from anywhere with our iOS and Android mobile apps. Available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Note: Monthly subscriptions are currently only available in the app. To subscribe to an annual plan, reach out to our Sales Team at 1-888-475-4473.
To access your subscription in the Jobber App, navigate to the Gear Icon > Subscription.
The subscription page will show the details of the available plans, including the monthly price of your subscription. To view all the plans, swipe right to scroll through the various options. Once you find a plan that first your needs, tap Subscribe to subscribe to that plan. Depending on your device type, you will see a prompt from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to confirm your in-app purchase. To go ahead with the subscription, tap Confirm.
When subscribing to Jobber through the app, your Jobber subscription payments will be billed through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, depending on your device.
If you have subscribed to Jobber through jobber.com rather than the app, your subscription will need to be managed from the website and you will see a prompt from the subscription page in the app to log into Jobber from a web browser.
View your payment history
Your history of subscription payments can be viewed from jobber.com, rather than the app. You will also receive app subscription receipts from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to your email associated with your app store account.
To view your history, start by logging into Jobber from a web browser. Once you're signed in, click the Gear Icon > Account & Billing. This page has a section for Payment History where the date and amount of each subscription payment will appear.
Canceling your subscription
If you originally subscribed in the Jobber App, your subscription will need to be canceled in the Jobber App as well. To cancel your account, navigate to the Gear Icon > Subscription in the Jobber App, then click the red button to Cancel Subscription.
Once your account has been canceled, you will still have access to your account both online and in the app up until your next scheduled billing date. The next payment date will appear on this page for your reference. Since app subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store, any refund requests must be submitted through your respective app store as these are not handled by Jobber.
After your next payment date has come and gone, your subscription will have expired. This page will update to show available plans you can subscribe to. In the future, if you would like to resubscribe to Jobber you can renew your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play Store ID.
Update your subscription
If you would like to upgrade your subscription from your current plan to another plan, that can be done directly in the app from the Gear Icon > Subscription > Manage Subscription.
- For iOS subscriptions, if you are upgrading to a higher tier plan, the price change takes effect immediately. If you are downgrading to a lower tier plan, the price change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- On Android subscriptions, you will be moved to your new plan on the same date you select the new plan in-app.
- If you upgrade your subscription to a new plan, your new plan will be prorated based on the date your new subscription becomes active. Any refunds are handled through the app store. If you have any questions, please reach out to the app store that is supported by your device.
If you would like to change your billing frequency to pay annually, you will first need to cancel your current mobile subscription before your next billing date so that you don't get charged for the same plan again. Don't worry, when you cancel you still have access to your account up until the next billing date.
Once your mobile subscription has been canceled, log into jobber.com (instead of the app) and navigate to the Gear Icon > Account & Billing page to select the plan of your choice.
