Marketing Focus lets you fine-tune what Jobber AI prioritizes when building your marketing recommendations, so they reflect what’s actually happening in your business right now, not just your default settings.

Marketing Focus availability

Marketing Focus is included with Marketing Suite. Add Marketing Tools to your Jobber Plan Subscription.

To check what plan you’re on, navigate to the Gear Icon, then select Account and Billing. If you have any questions about your plan’s features or pricing, our support team is here to help.

Included with Marketing Suite: Campaigns, Reviews, Referrals, Job Showcase, Social Posting, Marketing Plan. Included on all Jobber plans at no extra cost: Website.

Respond to a Marketing Focus recommendation

Jobber AI reviews your business regularly and may recommend a change to your marketing focus. When it does, you’ll see an Adjust Marketing Focus recommendation among your recommended actions.

Select Looks Good to accept the suggested focus as-is, Tweak It to open the Marketing Focus panel and make changes yourself, or Not Now to skip it for now.

Review and adjust your focus

The Marketing Focus panel is organized by line of business, with a separate tab for each one you run, for example, Landscaping and Snow Removal. Settings are independent per tab, so changing one line of business doesn’t affect another.

At the top of each tab, Current focus shows what Jobber AI is working from in plain language: the recommended monthly volume of marketing, the services being prioritized, the goal that mix is aimed at, and the audience and geography being targeted. This updates automatically as you make changes below.

Set your priority services

Below the summary, the services Jobber AI is leading with appear as removable chips. Select Add to add a service to the priority list, or select the × on a chip to remove it.

You can prioritize up to 3 services per line of business. These are the services Jobber AI leads with when generating content for that line of business.

Set your marketing frequency

Choose how much marketing Jobber AI generates for this line of business:

  • Ramp Up: Generates more posts and emails each month, with more frequent promotions and reminders to help create demand faster.
  • Keep Steady: Generates a regular mix of posts and emails throughout the month to keep your business visible without increasing how often you market.
  • Slow Down: Generates fewer posts and emails, focusing on the most important updates and opportunities so you stay active with less marketing.

Changing the frequency updates the recommended volume shown in the Current focus summary above.

Save your changes

Select Save to apply your changes for that line of business, or Close to exit without applying them. Repeat for each line of business by switching tabs.
