Overview
Property enrichment adds publicly sourced details about a property to Jobber: the estimated value of the home, the size of the lot, and the year the home was built. These details appear while you work on a request, quote, job, or property in Jobber on the web, so you can size up a job or prioritize a lead without opening another tab.
Property enrichment availability
Property enrichment is available to businesses based in the United States, on the Plus Plan or with the Sales Pipeline add-on to your plan subscription. View our current pricing plans.
To check what plan you’re on, navigate to the Gear Icon then select Account and Billing. If you have any questions about your plan’s features or pricing, our support team is here to help!
Who can use property enrichment
To use property enrichment, your business must be based in the United States, and you need the Plus Plan or the Sales Pipeline add-on. Within a qualifying account, property enrichment covers only the properties that have an address in the United States. A property outside the United States does not show these details.
Property enrichment stays on for every property that qualifies. You cannot turn it off for your account or for an individual property.
Access to property enrichment turns on gradually for accounts on a qualifying plan. If you are on a qualifying plan and your properties do not show these details, your account does not have access yet.
What property enrichment shows
Property enrichment adds three details to a property with an address in the United States:
| Detail | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Estimated home value | What the home on the property is worth, in US dollars. |
| Year of construction | The year the home was built. |
| Lot size | How large the property’s lot is. |
Jobber compiles these details from several publicly available sources. Treat them as a starting point rather than an exact measurement, and confirm anything you rely on with your client before you send a quote.
Where property enrichment appears in Jobber
Property enrichment details appear in Jobber on the web, everywhere you already work with a property:
- The property page on a client’s profile
- The request page
- The quote page
- The job page
- The Opportunity Brief on the Sales Pipeline board
Property enrichment does not appear in the Jobber app.
Ask Jobber AI about a property
Wherever property enrichment details appear in Jobber on the web, you can select More to open a chat with Jobber AI about that property. Jobber AI uses the property details in its answers, so you can ask what the numbers mean for a job, and Jobber AI can take action for you in the same conversation.

When Jobber adds property enrichment details
Jobber adds these details on its own. You do not need to request them or turn anything on.
- Jobber adds details to each property you create, usually within a few minutes.
- Jobber adds details to the properties you created in the year before your account gained access to property enrichment.
- For a property older than that, Jobber adds the details the next time you edit the property.
